Who We Are

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website and booking any programmes, products, or services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. These terms are binding at the time of booking and may be updated periodically.

2. Business Energetics® Academy Products and Other Online Products

Fees

Current fees display on individual offer pages and at checkout. We reserve the right to modify fees for future packages, though existing agreed amounts will be honoured for their specified duration.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

All payments are non-refundable once access to digital products, courses, or services has been granted or commenced.

By purchasing, you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge losing your statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This policy preserves your statutory rights regarding reasonable care, accurate descriptions, and compliance with consumer protection laws.

Payment Plans

Payment plan administration fees range from 5–20% of the total product cost. You are responsible for ensuring payment availability on agreed dates. Non-payment results in immediate loss of access and forfeiture of fees paid.

3. Business Energetics® Collective — Subscription Terms

Subscription & Payments

The Collective operates on a continuous subscription basis with automatic renewal. You can choose monthly or annual billing. Cancellation prior to renewal prevents further charges. Cancellation after renewal does not refund the current billing period.

Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable. No refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued for unused time.

4. 1:1 Coaching — Cooling-Off, Delivery & Suspension

Coaching programmes include a statutory 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you request sessions within this period and then cancel, we may charge proportionately for sessions delivered.

You may request suspension of services for up to one month with continued payment obligations. Failure to resume after the suspension period forfeits remaining sessions without refund.

5. Disclaimer

Health and Results

We are not medical doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, counsellors, or social workers. You should consult licensed professionals before engaging in alternative practices.

Results vary individually and require dedication. We make no representations regarding physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, health, or financial benefits from participation.

Mental Health

Whatever we discuss is only our perspective and is not binding upon you, nor is it a prescription. If you are seeking mental health guidance, please consult a licensed healthcare provider.

Financial

Our services are educational only and do not constitute financial advice. We are not financial advisers, accountants, tax professionals, or regulated financial planners. All financial decisions remain your responsibility.

Coaching Confidentiality

We will not, at any time, either directly or indirectly, voluntarily use any information shared in coaching for our own benefit or disclose it to any third party.

6. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of business, depletion of goodwill, or similar losses. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid for the specific programme, product, or service. We assume no liability for delays caused by your actions or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

Lenka Lutonska owns all intellectual property rights to programme materials. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence for personal use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, publish, share, sell, or record any programme content without our prior written consent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at our sole discretion by posting revised versions on the website. Please check back periodically.
